How much does pay as you go support cost?

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, there is a minimum charge per job. We'll confirm the minimum and any applicable rates before starting work so there are no surprises on your invoice.

How quickly can you respond?

We aim to respond to pay as you go enquiries the same business day. Contract and block hours clients receive priority response. If speed of response is critical to your business, a contract or block hours arrangement may suit you better.

Can I switch to a contract later?

Absolutely. Many of our contract clients started on pay as you go before deciding a managed service was better value. There's no obligation to stay on pay as you go — upgrade whenever it makes sense for you.
