Who We are

We are a small independent British company based in Cambridgeshire. We specialise in providing technical support services to small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK, principally in the Midlands and East Anglia. We offer quality advice and service to companies and individuals whenever and wherever it is required.

Although we understand the complexities of the Software and Hardware required, and how it works together, we know that most of our clients just want a secure and reliable system that works. Therefore we aim to keep the technical language to ourselves give you the information that you want and need

We give expert advice and service to ensure that technology helps you and your business. This allows you to carry on running your business and not worry if your IT is working.

Our History

We started IT Me Services after becoming disillusioned with the poor service offered by many in the IT trade who charge high prices for very little work, we decided to challenge them by giving excellent customer service, quality products and knowledge and all at a fair and competitive price. We have always had the highest standards and gained a reputation of giving honest and reliable advice.

We felt that many large companies had advantage over the many small independent businesses within the UK. They have the ability to employ large IT teams to ensure their systems remain secure and reliable. Smaller businesses could not employ such skills on a full time basis and often faced high fees for good quality IT advice or service. With this in mind we founded IT Me Services to give our customers corporate level IT and advice at a reasonable price.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become recognised as an IT company constantly delivering a high quality service to all of our customers. To be known to always give honest and reliable advice with carry out work at a fair price.

We aim to provide our customers with an end to end service for their entire IT requirements. This will give them greater control over their equipment whilst simultaneously giving them other ways of working such as work from home if desired.

We are constantly investing in and improving our team to ensure that we can live up to our vision and enable us to grow and provide the level of service our customers expect.
